We accept transfers and card payments for online orders, and can offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including MasterCard, Verve, Visa and Maestro (previously Switch). You can also pay via cash for orders completed instore or using Paypal if you don’t have a means of making local transfers or payments. We offer a range of delivery options depending on how quickly you need your order — including same-day and next-day delivery. Customized balloons can be ready within 2 hours, but please note that personalized image balloons aren’t available for same-day delivery — we’ll need a little extra notice to make them perfect for you.
The short answer is no, we don’t deliver on Sundays — BUT we can do a late-night Saturday delivery instead. Just let us know if your balloons are for Sunday so we can recommend the best options (like our Forever Balloons) to keep them looking fabulous.
Recommendations state that latex balloons, when filled with helium, should last up to 7 hours. We treat our latex balloons to allow them float longer, however, foil balloons last a lot longer than this and can last days. Our 3ft latex balloons can last up to 2 weeks.
Absolutely — we want your order to be just right! You can make changes as long as we haven’t started processing your order yet. We usually begin printing custom designs soon after receiving them, so if printing has already started, a small ₦10,000 reprint fee will apply.
All our helium balloons come beautifully hand-tied and attached to a weight — so they don’t make a great escape when handed over!
For larger displays like arches and installations, our Balloon Fairies will set them up right at your venue. Prefer them ready to go? We can also deliver them pre-inflated and party-ready on request.
Your balloons will arrive in style — either with an Uber delivery or personally hand-delivered by one of our magical Balloon Fairies, depending on what you select at checkout.

Because we’re a small (but mighty!) team, installations are currently limited to Ikoyi, Lekki and Victoria Island. That said — don’t be discouraged! If you’re outside these areas, still reach out. On quieter days, we might just be able to send a Balloon Fairy your way with enough notice.
No problem — if it exists, we’ll find it! 🎨 Our Balloon Fairies love a colour challenge and will do their best to source your dream shade. Just share a reference photo or description when placing your order, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
To keep your balloons looking fabulous for as long as possible, keep them indoors, in a cool room and away from sharp objects (and curious little fingers 👀). If you’ve got lots of kids around before the party starts, it’s best to keep your balloons in a separate room until showtime — our balloons are very popular with tiny fans! 🎈✨
